  Mount Cutting

We have a Valiani computerised mount cutter that is able to cut mounts from it’s own library of shapes and images including
multiple windows for, cigarette cards, photographs, certificates, sporting memorabilia.
We also can create our own unusual mount designs using another software programme.
The accuracy and speed of this mount cutter plus the ability to cut through various thickness of mount card including 3000-micron card means we are able to supply a superior finish on our product.
  
  Frame Making

Our frame cutting and pinning equipment has recently been renewed inline with presenting a continually monitored quality assurance to our customers. We have the Brevetti specialist mitre sawing and
underpinning equipment that does produce very high quality joints for frames, and has a capacity of 150 frames per hour. 

The mouldings we use throughout the process are of the highest quality, we are supplied by various moulding suppliers, 
we give our customers the knowledge so that they are able to understand the value of superior workmanship and quality
materials so that they can enjoy the result for years to come.

 cut from suede mount card. Each individual piece
 has been cut out making several layers to create the effect.
The final size measures 95cm x 75cm

 

A 3 dimensional world map that measured
100cm x 80cm x 20cm.
Framed for wall hanging as a cabinet with glass on 5 sides.  

  

A signed Rugby Union shirt by the players of the Bath Rugby team who were part of the England World Cup winning side in 2003. A box 30mm deep is created and lined with black suede mount board, with an over mount around the top of the same material. A black frame (shown as red for the benefit of the web site) then is added which compliments the presentation. To complete the framing exercise, glass and backing are added, then securing the box containing the shirt.
The overall size measures 94cm x 88cm
